North High Hall of Fame Inductee - 1996 Wayne Franklin Fox Class of June, 1937
Wayne Fox is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Triple "F", Inc., and President of F.A.R., Inc. Mr. Fox invented and patented the Insta-Pro-Dry Extrusion process in 1969. In 1972, he invented and internationally patented "Golden Pro", a natural protein substitute for ruminant animals. Triple "F" has offices in many foreign countries and sells Insta-Pro extruders and oil presses, microbiology services, and nutritional products in 85 foreign countries and the United States. Mr. Fox has contributed to the Des Moines community by his involvement and membership in a wide variety of civic organizations.
