North High Hall of Fame Inductee - 1996 Wardell Caesar Smith Class of January, 1955
Caesar Smith spent twenty years of service in the military and was awarded two bronze stars, a combat infantry medal, and a senior parachutist award. He is president and founder of Smith/Swink and Associates, a management consulting firm. Mr. Smith has been an officer and director of training and development for Principal Financial. He has served on the Iowa Parole Board and the Volunteer Advisory Council for the State of Iowa. His honors include The Award of Merit from Heartland AEA, Special Recognition Award from the School Administrators of Iowa, and the Employer Client Award from the American Society of Training and Development.
